Flu Prevention

There are lot of different diseases going around right now, so I wanted to give my readers some inside tips on how to avoid getting sick.

  • Wear a bag over your head - I know this might seem obvious, but to a lot of people it's not. By wearing a bag over your head you will not only look better, but the bag will act as a filter keeping out the flu and other bugs
  • Don't eat out of the trash - That half eaten double cheeseburger in the garbage sure looks tasty, but stay clear. Normally, I would say go for it, but with all the sickness going around it's not worth the risk.
  • Don't leave home - If you're like me and don't have any friends, you shouldn't really have to make any changes in your lifestyle for this one
  • Avoid hugging homeless people - Sure, they look warm and cuddly, and they are. But, they might be carrying the flu or other viruses. Maybe try hugging a stuffed animal or a pillow for a change.
  • Don't share your hankie - It is a kind gesture to offer your hankie up for someone else to blow your nose. But, at the risk of getting yourself sick carrying around their bugars for the rest of the day.
Stay healthy!
