Hot Pot

On Friday, I enjoyed delicious a delicious hot pot meal in China town with Nelson, Frank, Katherine, and Jen. Frank was kind enough to handle the ordering process and ensure mass quantities of meat were continually brought to our table.

In case you haven't had hot pot before, I will fill you in. A giant pot of hot soup is placed in the middle of the table on a griddle. Ours had spicy in one half and something else in the other. Then various items are ordered to be added to the soup. The items are then added and cooked. Everyone sits around and enjoys a family style meal straight from the pot. You continue to eat until you feel like a total human wreckage.
